Service Description

This is a free one to one 45-60 minutes call to gain an understanding of your video game addiction in depth and identify whether or not you require life coaching services to overcome it.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule sessions, you must email us 24 hours before session is due to start. Late to Session: There is a 10 minute waiting policy should you be late to a booked session. After 10 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to reschedule. To cancel any coaching courses, you must contact support@beatyourvideogamehabit.com. Right to cancel: The Client has the right to cancel their coaching course until midnight of the third (3rd) business day after payment was successfully made. Client may cancel this agreement by emailing a written notice to BeatYourVideoGameHabit.com before midnight of the third business day. Notice of cancellation sent after this deadline will be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of BeatYourVideoGameHabit.com.
